Halloween is here again! The stretch from October to January is something I look forward to each year, so when October 1st rolls around its time to bring out all the Halloween decorations.
This year, I’m centering all of our Halloween decorations around our fireplaces. I reused some items we already had and added some new ones. Eventually, I want to decorate other parts of the house as well, but you know, decorations can be expensive and you need a place to store them, so fireplaces it is.
In this article, I’ll list everything I used for our home and include some items I’ve had my eye on!
- Bats – Amazon Halloween Bats Wall Decor
- Halloween Banner – Amazon Happy Halloween Banner
- Black Cloth/Gauze Decoration – Amazon Halloween Creepy Cloth
- Black Candle Sticks – Amazon Lobolighting Black Candlestick Holder (Set of 3)
- Beeswax Taper Candles – Big Dipper Wax Works Standard Tapers in Ivory
- Black Vase – Target (Purchased in 2020)
- Orange Vase – Crate & Barrel (Purchased in 2020)
- Skeleton Dish – Crate & Barrel (Purchased in 2020)
- Owl Lantern – Crate & Barrel (Purchased in 2020)
- Halloween Prints – I love these Halloween prints I got this year. I ordered them from the Madame Bricolage store on Etsy. I ordered prints with the Antique background (you can also pick a white or cream background), and for reference, the dancing skeleton image is an 8×10 and the other two images are 5×7.
I just started decorating for Halloween last year, so I’m slowly trying to build up what I have. Here’s a list of some items I’ve had my eye on this year in case you’re looking for some new stuff too.
- West Elm Terracotta Skull Candelabra
- Pottery Barn Glass Skull Liquor Decanter
- Pottery Barn Eerie Eyes Glowing Doormat
- Etsy Long Live Halloween Poster
- Crate & Barrel Patch NYC Creepy Crawly Salad Plates
Let me know if you pick anything up from this list! I’d love to see how you use it in your space. Happy decorating!
